Fabrico :: Laser Cutting

Fabrico’s laser system accurately cuts very small features and intricate designs on a broad range of flexible materials. Laser cutting can produce 0.040” slots and 0.010” diameters, significantly smaller than features generated by other types of converting equipment.

Brushless servo motors provide superior accuracy and repeatability. A computerized laser system holds tight tolerances to meet the requirements of precision applications. High cutting speed (140 inches per second) boosts throughput, while excellent beam quality ensures clean cuts.

Materials include laminates, tapes, films, papers, foams, rubber, and coated fabrics and mats. Individual parts can range in size up to 17” x 28”.
